If you start thinking about suicide you need to get help right away! When things are so bad and suicide seems like the only way out of it, it is usually a sign of depression and discouragement. Suicide is not the only choice, but feeling depressed and trapped may seem like it. When is comes to suicide you need to get help from somebody that knows what you are going through and how to help. A psychologist, psychiatrist, or other trained behavioral health professional can give you that support. When it comes the time where you need to find a trained behavioral health professional you need to go to someone that you really care about and trust. This should be somebody that is in your family or maybe even a counselor at your school. Once you find somebody start the conversation by saying “I’ve been having a really rough time lately and I’ve beenthinking about suicide, I need your help.” Ask that person to help you find a support group and a counselor. When teens think of suicide they are trying to escape from a situation that they don’t think they can handle. Teens think that when situations are hard suicide is the only of getting out of it. Some people may feel guilty about something, angry, or ashamed. Other people who commit suicide or attempt are usually trying to escape from feelings of rejection, hurt, or loss. A lot of people feel very sad about not being wanted or maybe they just lost a close family member or friend. We all feel overwhelmed about something at sometime in our life but there is always an easier and better way out than suicide.
The world has come to a place where no one can be trusted. A world where the only feelings you have are locked deep down where they cant be seen. This happens until a one of these feelings are pulled up from underneath and shown to the rest of the world. It is when a dark feeling like hate and revenge are expressed that the world crumbles. Guns come into play when these feelings are brought, the mental state of a being gets pushed to the brink until they cant take it anymore.The guns that are used by hunters, sportsman and more importantly used by the United States military.
Bullying is not a new thing, it’s been around for a long time. However, it can be stopped you just have to know how to prevent it and how to talk to someone. Bullying is a person or group that repeatedly tries to harm someone weaker or that they believe is weaker. It’s a horrible thing to do to a person Even if you’re not being bullied you don’t want to just stand around and watch it happen. Don’t be a bystander stand up for the person who is being bullied, but don’t be rude to the bully try reason with them get them to stop. Some bullies are just following from example from home or from what they have seen. If you give the bully a reason to go on with the bullying. You would just make the fire worse, if you don’t give them enjoyment it will stop. However, if it involves violence immediately seek an adult for help. Do not try solve it by yourself it won’t only turn out worse. Children that bully or are bullied can develop mental problems in later life and it can affect their life. They can also have academic problems while growing up and effect what career path they can follow. Although bullies can make your life horrible, their lives can be just as bad. You don’t want to hurt the bully either and if you have been a bully in the past try apologize to the people you have bullied. That’s the first step from recovering from being a bully. Maybe you could end up being best friends with the person you bullied! Even though bullying is a horrible thing and seems like it will never end, it can be prevented and improved so it never happens again.
Many kids who have been bullied are severely hurt and never bounce back to the happy person they used to be, which is very understandable. However, some vent their feelings of frustration, unhappiness, and fear by turning around and bullying someone else after they have been bullied. I will tell you now: This will not help you, your family, your friends or anyone around you. This will not heal you, but harm you further. After having the experience of being bullied, being so low and depressed, why would you do it to others? You should make the decision to stop bullying and report it if you see it. Do not become a bystander after experiencing the damage that it does. Make the decision here and now. I don’t know about you guys but I plan do my best in advocating for bullying. Make a promise to yourself and the people who care about you that you will always report bullying when its happening to someone or you. Stand up for people and yourself. Get your school to find ways that will make victims and bystanders more comfortable with reporting it. You can start a anonymous website were you can report it. You could create a club for teens against bullies. Help people even when they may not be your friend. If it were you then you would want help. I promise to myself and my friends/family to never let others get bullied or myself. Make the promise.Bullying is bad, more and more kids are getting bullied. Its getting easier and easier to bully people with social media. In the last 5 years bullying has gone up 30%. While some people think that bullying is just kids being mean and it doesn’t matter very much, but bullying is a serious offense and hurts a bunch people. It makes them afraid to go places and hate life. Bullying is not just kids being mean its kids hurting others emotionally and sometimes physically.
The different perspectives involved can shed some light on why it happens and the feelings that go through peoples heads. Many people think people who bully do it because they think it is fun. Yet most bullies used to be the victim. Most of the time people who bully do it because of social issues, family issues, personal history, or for the power. The reason they bully because of social issues is that they get more attention when doing something bad then something good. Comedies and reality television, as well situations in schools, show that acting out is more likely to get attention than behaving appropriate. Families who are not close to each other and don’t give very much emotional support are more likely to have ids who bully. Families that are not warm and loving and in which feelings are not shared are more likely to have children who bully, Families who don’t discipline their kids cans also have kids who bully. The perspective of the bully may be that it is ok or they may be doing it more attention. Bullying are normally people who have been bullied. The perspective of a bystander could be a couple of different things. They could be scare about what the bully would do to them if they told a parent, they could be the bullies friend, or they could just think that they don’t have a obligation to report bullying. Bystanders always have a obligation to report bulling. The perspective of the victim is most often them thinking why ware they doing this to them. If you are a victim then report it or ask for help from a friend. The support of your friends and being able to look around you and see them with you can go a long way. There are a bunch of different perspectives to bulling but no matter what it is not ok. Bulling hurts people unbelievably emotionally and physically. It makes people think that they are all alone and that people hate them. It is never ok to make someone feel like that.

One of the things that can happen as a side effect of the bullying are nightmares. Many kids have nightmares of their bullying experience after and during being bullied. The best way to help is to be their when they wake. Many kids think it is so real and they wake up alone in a dark, scary room. The second is to make sure they are comfortable enough to relax. After spending every second afraid of their bully, ducking in the halls, always being tense,etc. They need to be able to relax and sleep good. Getting a good night’s sleep can be essential to being happy and relaxed Good-night and sleep tight!
at this time in your life, your self-esteem can be at an ultimate low. This is a time in your life when you need good friends. Friends who will make you feel safe and wanted. Friends who will raise your self-esteem, increase your self-confidence, and solidify your feelings of self-worth. They need to be friends you feel comfortable around. Again, you need to be able to relax. you should be able to talk to them about your thoughts, feelings, worries, and problems. They should appreciate you and your personality. Friends can heal you.
